Can you imagine how my husband and I felt (not to mention the kids) when we had not one crib sent broken, but two! And the company told us it wasn't their problem. It was the web-site dealers situation. Then promptly hung up on me! Seriously? Never order knowing they are the manufacturer. What a terrible experience.
