  Ordered blinds in store. Realized that we forgot to order for one window. Called store. Was told I couldn’t upend my order over the phone, only in person. Couldn’t get to store, so was told to order online. Ordered online and received blinds a week later (meanwhile STILL no blinds from the physical store.) Blinds were wrong color and size. Called customer service to explain and complain. Worst customer service ever. They don’t believe customer is “right.” It turns out that during the ordering process, I must have opened a new window in my browser and when I toggled back, the system returned to default measurements/colors. I explained to the customer service rep that their is a UX issue w/the site and that shouldn’t happen. Her response, well...I should have checked my online receipt (which, btw is very small font and not easy to read/discern!) They REFUSED to refund my money or take back the blinds. Instead, after a lot of heated back and forth with the manager, I was issued at 50% discount which I could put towards the purchase of the right blinds. When all was said and done, I paid almost $300 for blinds that should have been 40% less. What irked me the most was the treatment from the CS reps and how they’re trained that the customer is clearly always wrong.

  Best to go if possible during a sales promotion to get price reduction. If you have measured correctly blinds, shades are ready in a few days for pickup. Motorized shades pricing includes measuring & installation during sales promotion for an additional $99 or $129 regular pricing.
