  I did have mixed reviews on this place. One time I went in and asked where I could find a particular wine, and the customer rep found it more important to finish texting on his phone before "pointing" towards the directions of the wine I wanted. First thing they teach you in customer service is to NEVER POINT TO THE PRODUCT. Always walk the customer to the product they are looking for. The last time I was there, the young gentleman was very helpful and I was treated like a true customer should be treated. So maybe there's some improvement on the horizon for this place.

  Though this place has a good selection they charge much more then every where else around. The staff is very rude and they have the worst customer service. I have even bought wine that was bad and they wouldn't return it. Stay away from here!

  Very friendly staff- which makes all the difference in this type of business... They will happily welcome your dog(s) who came in with you from the pet supply store next door to them. Good selection (given store size), with wines from a variety of countries at varied price points. A pleasant neighborhood wine shop.
